This IWC Pilot’s Watch Automatic Spitfire 39mm remains true to the pursuit instrument design of the Mark 11 from the 1940s, featuring a

soft-iron inner case for protection against magnetic fields together with glass secured against displacement by drop in air pressure. This watch also features an engraved case back with the legendary RAF plane, fitted on a brown calfskin strap, which is inspired by the colour found in the Spitfire’s cockpit. The Pilot’s Watch Automatic Spitfire is the first IWC watch to feature an IWC-manufactured movement from the new 32000 calibre family, offering 120 hours power reserve.
