Meet Kim, a dynamic leader whose journey began with a nursing degree, cultivating a caring and empathetic nature. From pioneering the cupcake craze in South Australia through her own hospitality business to managing a high-end menswear boutique in New Zealand, Kim’s versatility shines. 
 
Her path includes a transformative year in the mountains of Indonesia, teaching English and providing employment. With years at Georg Jensen and now Gregory Jewellers, Kim brings her unique blend of skills and a wealth of experience, particularly in diamonds. 

As the captain/coach at the Chadstone Boutique, Kim has transformed the culture through nurturing and recognition.

Her ‘Can-Do’ attitude fosters teamwork and collaboration, overcoming ongoing challenges. Supported by an incredible home network, Kim takes pride in consistent 5-star reviews for her and her team’s excellent service. 
 

Meet Kelly, our UX/UI design expert with over four years of experience and 15+ years in the web space. She’s the creative force behind award-winning digital solutions that delight both business stakeholders and customers worldwide. 
 
Kelly has successfully delivered projects across diverse business areas, focusing on solving complex problems through user-centric design. Notably, she has designed award-winning solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity. 
 
In her current role, Kelly is passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences. She values equality, teamwork, and opportunities to excel, emphasising creativity and innovation in the workplace. 
 

Kelly’s dedication goes beyond her professional achievements. Through volunteer work, she brought her creative skills to design art murals and cubby houses for children with special needs.

As part of the Gregory team, Kelly is also spearheading the rollout of a new Intranet, aiming to enhance communication and efficiencies. Her genuine joy in working with family and embracing the warm, collaborative environment of the family business make her an invaluable asset to our team. Meet Sissi, our Senior Financial Controller and a seasoned business partner with a wealth of experience across luxury retail, wholesale, and labour-intensive industries. With nearly two decades in the finance field, Sissi is not just an expert; she’s a patient advocate for modern practices, making a significant impact in every workplace she touches. 
 
Since joining us, Sissi has been instrumental in implementing our finance transformation and modernisation agenda.

Her role extends beyond numbers; she builds and maintains strong relationships with our business partners, ensuring a collaborative and strategic financial approach.

Meet Julia, a vital part of our HR team, contributing to International Women’s Day with her inspiring journey. 
 
Rooted in a large Italian family, Julia’s deep appreciation for family values was shaped by the influence of her mother and Oprah Winfrey, teaching her the importance of determination and hard work. 
 
Her proudest achievement is graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, leading her to a fulfilling HR career. With seven years of experience, Julia joined Gregory Jewellers as a Human Resources Coordinator, playing a key role in recruiting, team support management and employee advice, performance management, and dealing with grievances in the business—essential facets that contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture. 
 
Julia’s standout contributions include bringing in new employees, crucial for business success and culture. She actively participates in the ‘Culture Health Check,’ ensuring our teams well-being. Beyond Gregory Jewellers, Julia volunteered at Afford, gaining insights into the challenges faced by people with disabilities. 
 
Her visit to Melbourne, meeting the Highpoint and Chadstone teams, marked a significant work-related journey, weaving her expertise into the hiring process and fostering connections in a new setting. This experience stands out as a cherished moment, encapsulating the essence of her role at Gregory Jewellers.
